Industrial Pressure Washer With Inlet Pipe
Industrial pressure washers usually require an inlet hose for a continuous supply of fresh water. They do not have a water storage tank and need to be connected to an external water source through a hose to maintain continuous operation.
An industrial pressure washer with an inlet hose is a piece of equipment specifically designed for industrial applications that is capable of thoroughly removing a wide range of dirt and contaminants by means of a high-pressure stream of water. These cleaners are usually equipped with a high-pressure water pump and a power drive unit, driven by an electric motor or a gas engine, which pumps in and pressurizes tap water or other water sources to a high water pressure. The high pressure water stream is further compressed by a special nozzle (spray gun) to form a high pressure, low flow rate water stream, which is then conveyed to a high pressure line and eventually reaches the high pressure nozzle with a certain amount of energy for cleaning.
Industrial high-pressure cleaners are widely used in many fields, including the petrochemical industry, power plants, automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding, etc.
The role of the water inlet pipe
The water inlet pipe is an important part of the industrial high-pressure cleaner, mainly has the following roles.
1. Connecting the water source: the cleaning machine and water pipes, water tanks or other water sources connected to the machine to provide a continuous supply of water.
2. Water supply: through the water inlet pipe will be transported into the water inlet of the washing machine, to meet the cleaning process of water demand.
3. Adjustment of water pressure: Some high-pressure cleaners also allow the adjustment of the water inlet pipe to control the amount of water inlet, and thus control the water pressure.
