Choose the Right Lubricant: The Triplex plunger pump typically uses lubricant oil with a viscosity index of 20w-50. In summer, slightly thicker oil like 10wcd40 can be added, while in winter, thinner oil like 10wcd30 is recommended. For motors below 15kw-22kw, 20w-50 lubricating oil is optimal. For high-pressure pumps with motors above 15kw, heavy-duty diesel engine oil or industrial gear oil with a viscosity index of sae80-sae90 is preferred.
Avoid Installing Filters: The High Pressure Cleaner Pump Head has poor self-absorption if filters are installed at the suction port. Over time, pressure drops can lead to insufficient suction, reduced volumetric efficiency, and potential damage to the pump. Therefore, filters should not be installed.
